Timing & rehearsal
- 20–30 min rehearsal the day before (mark positions on the floor).
- Aisle pacing: 6–8 s per pair and 15–25 s for the bride (depends on aisle length).
- Coordinate with music (processional, bridal march and recessional) and signage.
Flexible protocol
- Adapt roles (two moms, two dads, siblings, friends) and accessibility.
- Very young kids walk in holding an adult’s hand.
- Have alternates for sponsors/kids in case someone runs late.
